Still waiting

I have made an arrangement with Matshidiso Kente to debit my instalment as well as an extra R200 toward arrears on 25/02/2012 and the balance of the arrears on 05/04/2012. On the 27/02/2012 an amount was debited for R607.64 instead of the arranged R200 and i was informed that the instalment that was in arrears bared interest which amounted to over R800 so i do not understand what the R607.64 was for.
I contacted Matshidiso and she advised me that a refund will be done, I am still awaiting feedback and no refund was done.
Please assist or email me a document stating that the arrangement was never for the deduction of R607.64 and that there was no permission given by me for the abovementioned amount.
