RA PAYMENTS DELAYED

My RA payment is NORMALLY deposited to my account before the end of each month
Come end of February and NO payment made. Phoned - had to go thru the whole performance of who where what, and wsthen advised to hold. Got played 2 bars of music and then silence for 5 mins.
Phoned back again and asked to speak to a HUMAN. Was told that due to the Budget Speach 2 days ago al payments were delayed, and ar busy being processed. Oh what rubbish - what about all those people who have debit orders that have been returned by the banks because there are insufficient funds in the accounts. Is the bank going to mke allowances for them and not charge the unpaid fees - but rather collect them from Old Mutual.
SURELY BEING ONE OF THE BIGGEST INSURANCE COMPANIES - OLD MUTUAL COULD HAVE SENT EMAILS OR SMS TO CLIENTS ADVISING THEM OF THIS DELAY!!! aftr all they have all your details on file.
