Mzansi Money

Applied for a loan through them. they deducted R390 for adminstration and is currently deducting R49 month. for what I dont know . they are literary money from my account. I am still waiting for the outcome of my application. please help to get my money back and stop this. I tried to contact them via faxes email and telephone but response or answer. please help!!!
