I have made use of the smartphone/tablet order options on the 05/02/2013. The only communication I received was an SMS stating that I will receive a call from an agent for the delivery of the smartphone the same day but ever since then I have not received any form of communication even after calling the smartphone department. I was told on the 21/02/2013 that the matter was escalated. The service is so poor that even after the escalation no one called. Called again yesterday and requested to speak to a manager and spoke to Natasha Dajee who gave me her word that she would call me back today and never did-the service I receive was poor, consultants-both Emanuel & Clide hang up on me but the service is disgusting when a manager promises to investigate & give you feedback the next day and does not keep her word- Natasha Dajee does not deserve to be a manager because she is acting just like her consultants, she can't keep customers happy, can't keep her word, incapable of giving feedback & mostly she can't resolve problems at hand-so disappointed with the service I received.
