DQ track installed - faulty since first day

I changed ALL my insurance policies to Discovery Insure, effective Dec 01 2012.
The first time that DQ could install the tracking devices into my cars was December 11 2012. From the time it was installed, I constantly get phone calls from DQ Track telling me me car battery 'is being tampered with'. I had the car checked by an auto electrician - at my own expense no fault found. They have now logged a call with THEIR technician - but only Jan 21 2013!
DQ still calls me day and night to tell me that my car battery is being tampered with...!
I end up shouting at the person on the line demanding that they flag their screen NOT to perster me with an error which is clearly related to their installation. But this is ignored.
It seems that if THIS is the type of service I am getting I will have no option but to switch all my insurance to another company
