First National Bank

It has been made pretty clear that FNB doesn't value me as a client of theirs...
I have called and logged queries, that are still 2day not resolved..
all I get is that must call them... What pathetic service is that???
last year a had a loan which I believed I settled, only to find out that am still
being debited by FNB... Iv sent proof and they say that cant pick up the funds
as I must call them as apparently they've been calling me...
i have never received a call from Fnb...
Iv logged Facebook/Twitter complaints nothing...
