The are so rude and they are day light robberies

I am so disappointed about these legal charges these people charging, 1st a man came in telling me that I owe a furniture shop amount of R2472.88 then the rest will be R2889.92 okay I agree to have a debit order of R735.01 the man could tell me how long this will take. These people started deducting the amount of R735.01 end November, December, January, and end February.the last amount they took on the 27/02/2013 when I get my pay slip same people the garnish me with the amount of R735.01 the balance on my pay slip is R2154.91 but when I call them they say my balance is R3661 beside the 4months and 1 deducted on my pay slip. The whole amount I paid to them at the moment is R3675.02 still short with amount of R2154.91 according to my pay slip so the whole amount the charge for legal fees is R2940.04, they are so rude when you ask the question and they seems to find difficult when you need them to explain because they don't put their legal charges on the page they keep on telling me that I sign that I will pay the legal cost. I need explanation on my account and I need the refund that you debit whereas you garnish me in same month.
