30% increase

Auto and General increased my monthly premium in the new year from R1133 to R1461, nearly 30%.
I have not had a single claim. Their reasoning: I drive a hot a hatch that is high risk. So when I signed up it was not high risk, the car is now older, it has depreciated and the risk has all of a sudden gone up. Thumbs up to Auto & General for being competitive.
