Worst service received from a bank EVER

It has been 2 months since I applied for a further loan on my current home loan. It has been closed 5 times and reopened 5 times. There is no comunication, the application is just closed and no feedback is given. I spoke to Dudu who assured me she would monitor the aplication, it has not been done. I have lodged a complaint on reference number 36674092, but am told it can up to 8 DAYS to resolve a complaint. How is this possible?? 8 days? I was also told that there are no managers at Standard Bank as they are all on training, No management? The agents (Mo and Nkuli) do not care, they tell me they cannot help and there is nothing they can do. Nkuli even told me she doesnt know where the application papers go!!! What use is it then calling them if the agents dont know what they are doing and are not even shy to tell you so. I am a premium FNB client and have NEVER been treated this way by a bank!! Unfortunatly my fiance is a client and needs to suffer with the horrible service, think that needs to change. I just need someone to tell me if it is even possible to get service from Standard bank and if they are willing to help or not, without wasting another 2 months of my life.
