My Apple Mcbook Pro which has been bought and insured through FNB was during a break in to my vehicle on the 12/02/13.

I contacted a Pinky Nkoe on 13/02/13 who provided me with documentation to be completed, to which I had to send it to Charlotte Mhlanga the same day. With no response from anyone from FNB, I have tried phoning Charlotte Mhlanga on numerous occasions every single day for the last 7 days with no one answering phones.
I eventually got hold of Pinky Nkoe explaining that for the last 9 days, I have not had a single reply from FNB, and disgusts me due to not receiving any service, and do not have a laptop to perform my daily functions for I conduct all my work daily on my laptop.

Pinky Nkoe provided me Morne Kruger's number, she informed me that I must contact him and explain what has been happening. I have tried contacting him for the last 2 days with no answer... How long must this go on for? I am paying insurance on a laptop I dont even have with absolutely no service to go with it.

I have always obtained great service from FNB, but this is beyond unacceptable and makes it really difficult to refer anyone to use FNB if this is how it goes.
