King Price Insurance
After complaining on Hello Peter, and no response

I have complained on Hallo Peter about King Price Insurance about the fact that i haven't received my money back after multiple calls from me to King Price Insurance. Whats going on?
I requested a quote from them in December and told them i will be moving the beginning of January, when i did not move i told them that i wont be moving into another apartment, so i wont be accepting the quotation.
They have deducted money from my bank account ever since. After multiple calls as explained in my previous complaint (in detail), the money is still not back into my bank account. Every time i contact them, its excuse after excuse, and they make promises that it will be in the following day. Its been a month now...
Can i Please get some answers???
