Incompetent

Got a quote from King Price via internet, for my car insurance, they then phoned me, I told them I would let them know if I am going to take the insurance I never did. I never accepted the quote. Now on the 3rd of August, they took R529.86 from my account. Who gave them permission? I have to pay bank costs because they took money from a debit order that was not their money. I insist that pay that money back into my account and the bank cost. The only number I have is the one on my bank statement KP1032093 06
