STRESSFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Was in an accident not a bad one at all was able to drive car back to work without any hassles, things like this happens and i thought i have insurance so no stress, OLD MUTUAL and their COMPREHENSIVE cover ALL, so they tow my car to get assessed do not call me i call them, they tell me they are writing my car off a car i drove after the smash they are paying bank book value and i must cover the rest, i tell them no you return my car ill get a cheaper quote cause R41000 TO repair a headlight bonnet and plastic bumper on a 2006 chev aveo is to high, maureen tells me no sir we don"t do that cause we have to write it off and auction it, auction my car that i paid a deposit for and just have two more years to pay off no so in other words i need to withdraw claim and sort it out at my own expense, yess people they refuse to pay a dime yet i pay my monthly premiums with no complaint, cause apparently its company policy, i have life cover taken with old mutual a few months ago i will cancel it, i want no more dealing with anything MUTUAL & FEDERAL, WHY CANT I GET A CHEAPER QUOTE AND YOU GUYS PAY IT, RIDICULOUS!!! I CAN'T AFFORD ANOTHER CAR
