SAUnderwriters are a huge disappointment

Since I reported an accident on the 15 of February no progress has been made I am sent from pillar to post. New story everyday my car has not been assessed Lisa keeps telling the assessor she called me. She is rude she doesn't return calls she is unprofessional. Every month they deduc money but the service is very very poor. Its frustrating coz I am always the one calling. I had to fax the accident report 10 times cause she claims she didn't get them. Somebody help the frustration is killing me. The only thing I got is a mere claim no. 13020368756
