Arrogant Switchboard Operato

I had been trying to get through to Metal Industris Provident Fund in Anderson Street contact centre for more than 2 weeks now without success. when I eventually got through today, the switchboard operator who initially refused to identify herself and later identified herself as Samantha transfered me from one phone to another and each time the phone got hung up.

Samantha's and everyone I spoke to was very rude and not helpfull in anyway. they even refused to give me contact details for their Supervisors.

this in my opinion is a "Banana" company where everyone does as they please as no one accounts to anyone, they are their own bosses
