Complaint not dressed- incompetency at its best

On the 10th OF Jan 2013 an amount of R258-00 was deposited into my account as a collective amount for all my outstanding dividends to date. On the 18th of the same month, the amount was reversed from my account and upon inquiring with my bank, I was told that the money was recalled by the payer.
I then contacted Computershare to resolve the matter, spoke to a number of people and finally Shantelene who advised that their system reflects the amount as having been successfully paid asked me to e-mail an affidavit and a bank statement, which I did. almost two weeks ago! she advised she would get back to me and advise of receipt of documents and how far the matter is. Attempts to call her have proved fruitless, and messages left for her went unanswered! what kind of service is this? Why do I even have to call back for feedback on a complaint?
Totally Frustrating!
