"Moving forward" at a snails pace!

Im currently on hold once again and have been for the last 45 minutes. I've spoken to 7 different people and have had to go through a voice prompt 9 times (including typing my id in for what reason i don't have a clue!!!) All i want to do is change my insurance details from my old car to my new one. Why is this so time consuming??? its ridiculous how unorganised such a big establishment is!!! I guess the name suggest what type of service you'll be getting, pathetic and below "standard"!
