FNB do not listen to their customers

FNB business banking have a service called BIZ/Int in which they send out business information or tips. They charge for this service, but every other organization provides it for free? Why should I pay for something I can get for free elsewhere? I have repeatedly requested FNB to cancel this service and not send me their rubbish, but they do not listen because then they could not charge me over R100 for this.
I want this service cancelled and my money refunded.
I DO NOT WANT THIS RUBBISH FROM FNB, AND I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR RUBBISH.
