Not willing to pay 3rd party claim in full

I was involve in a accident 18 January 2013 where a Mi Way client was at fault. I was standing on a Red Robot where the Mi way client jumped the robot collided into the on comming vechile into me and the vechile behind me. Mi Way refuse to pay out my claim in full, according to them theire client is not at fault, i am stucked in debt all because of this. I will expose Mi Way in each and every Paper for the public to see how they operate.
