We where in an accident on the 25th of December 2012 no fault of ours and we are still awaiting for them to pay out. We took our car to get quotes and we waithing about a week for someone to come look at the car. And waiting for them to come look at the car we did all the phoning around to see what is happening. Than we get a call from the place we had a quote done and told us that they received feed back and that they are only paying R7200.00 and the quote is for R27 500.00 that it is the lowest quote we could get. So I phoned them back asking them where can I have my car fixed for that amount and they said there is nothing they can do about it. So now where to I can the balance to fix my car the sadest part is I look after my car and someone smash into me and now I have to fix it. So we signed the documents for them to transfer the money in our account on Friday the 22 Feb -13 I phoned her asking her when is my money to be paid than she said to me she forgot to put it in for payment she will do it now so I phoned her today again she says gone for payment I need to wait another 21 days so I asked her if I can speak to the manager she told me she not in today. So now I have wait.
