First it was "steve" now it is "beep bank" wonder what next? Instead they should focus on delivering what they so falsely advertise " how can we help you" should rather be "how can we annoy you" trying to buy property and got the run a round of note, Or sorry i do not know who you can contact in the next department. I am not properly trained in doing my job would rather be a better answer! FNB spend more money to train your staff to walk the exstra mile instead of lowzy adds... oohh I am sorry you can only work at the bank when you are 101kg and more! No wonder they have a 14% rating for ffedback on this site
