Approved loan - still waiting for money

I was approved a loan last Friday, sent through all documentation and received an SMS from Direct Axis on Friday evening to say that my money would be in my account within 24-48 hours. On Monday, I called to find out what was happening, and was told that the accounts department was finalizing things and would get back to me, I was told this on Tues again and was promised on Wednesday that I would receive a call. I never did. I called again this morning, only to have the same 'no solution' outcome. I have sent an email every day since Monday as well, and are yet to receive a reply. I think it is absolutely terrible that a company can that offers quick and direct loans, and expect customers to pay a 50% charge in interest for such shocking service, cannot deliver. If I have no received feedback and clarification of what the problem is by this Friday, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
