I purchased a laptop from FNB in November 2012 . the total payment was supposed to be R 249.00P/m. Ever since I took out the contract FNB is deducting R 459.00. I have contacted them on several occasions to rectify the problem and was promised that the correct amount will be deducted in future. I have spoken to sundile on the 19/12/2012 (Ref12121911747), Hloni on the 21/01/2013 Ref (RL130121753) and Esther on the 25/01/2013 who obviously does not follow up/does not know their job because this month again the incorrect amount was debited. I have left countless messages for a manager to contact me but, up until this day no one has contacted me. I am sick and tired of the pathetic service that I received over the last 4 months. If this is not rectified by latest tomorrow, I will close this cheque account and take my business elsewhere. It's impossible that a huge organization like yourselves takes 4 months to solve something so simple.
