Debit Order Cancellation

There are 3 debits on my account every month which I would like to cancel. I have no idea why I have these debit orders... as far as I can see it started from before June 2011. I can't remember signing anything for this insurance. The only reference I have for these debits are MT - 232698 - 1, MT-232698-2 and MT-232698-3. could you please supply me with a signed contract? I tried phoning and mailing you, but to no avail
