Bond Decline offer only R190 000

We were applying for a bond and was told we do not qualify for a bond they decline but they give us R190 000 I need to know form F.N.B were in the world can you buy a property for the with that money I need at lease another R190 000 to make it R380 000 I wanted R480 000 but was told no that is why I need to know were must I buy a property for that amount I plead (appeal with F.N.B to consider to give my family the opportunity to own our own home, we will give the deposit. I was email not even called to say why, I really need a better counter offer on this PLEASE I PLEAD for your help, The Company Interface Employee Financial Solution is helping my company and clients with this matter.
