SOME TRANSACTIONS DO NOT GET TAKEN OFF IMMEDIATELY

This is my second complaint via Hellopeter about the same thing.

If you had actually read my previous complaint, you would have seen my comment that the money IS NOT even reserved immediately. So once again, thanks to you not being able to reserve the moneys at the time of transaction, I am now in a minus, and I am sure you love this, because now you get an INCIDENTAL Credit FEE.

Here is my original complaint, NOW FIX IT :

Since I have moved over to First National Bank, I have had the situation where:
When paying with Debit Card at the till point, The money is not deducted off my account immediately. It is not even reserved immediately (as I was informed it would be).
The problem is then several days (up to 2 weeks later), the amount is deducted from my account, which sometimes puts me in a minus, and then I get Incidental Credit Charges, as well as other debit orders bouncing due to lack of funds.

Why can the amount not get taken off Immediately, or at the latest the next day?
This is on both my Personal and Business Cheque Cards.

I have put my ID number in the form, so that you can see which are my accounts, and kindly provide me a written / emailed response for my records.
