I would love to compliment Letisha on how she handled my complaint i was really pleased she went an extra mile to make sure that i am assisted with my query and my money was reversed within an hour as she had promised and even called me back to tell me should they deduct again i should let her know and she will assist me again, Letisha puts her clients first which will retain the FNB Clients ..
