I laid a complaint with MiWay on the 14 Feb 2013 regarding my policy, they promised to update my policy before end of business and they never did, i called them again today and i got a very speedy assistance from Kabelo Ntsime, he took few minutes to resolve the whole dillema that other people failed to do in a week. He was very helpful and friendly.
