I have purchased a car from Wesbank a few months ago there was a few issues with the papers which required a Proxy to come out and provide all documentation for the vehicle.

We have been dealing with Norman Bisset who advise the Proxy is Johan Liebenburg.

He has been promising every week that he will come and see us however it has been months now.

We have no idea what to do anymore in this regard as Johan is not answering our calls from Norman Bisset aswell as from me.

The Ladies at Norman Bisset is trying their best to have Johan come out and sort this things out. We need an alternative here as it seems the proxy is not going to assist us in anyway
