ILLEGAL DEBIT

I have a current account with Standard Bank as well as a car loan for a car that was hijacked and never recovered. Have got behind with payments and so Standard Bank in their infinite wisdom sought fit to take my entire salary R25 000, 00 out of my account without so much as a 'by-your-leave-sir'. Notwithstanding the fact this amount far exceeds the arrears, who gives them the right to go into your account and take what ever amount suits them?

This is not the first time this has happened, but last time they reversed same after i confronted them.

I have had my account for 45 odd years and also have my home loan there, but alas it seems the time has come to move along, whatever happened to the thing called service and common decency?
