Complain about FNB

I go to FNB today in Bellville, requesting them to increase my limit for the day. They did ask my proof of address and my address is for Johannesburg. How can I have Johannesburg proof of address in Cape Town, So if I'm in Limpopo or KZN or East London want to increase my limit, must I have a proof of address? I'm so disappointed with service I did get as result I didn't get the money. Its my money I was not making a loan. You have to consider this system you are using its not fair at all.
