My vehicle was collected for repairs on the 08/02/2013 since then I have received no feedback from first for women I do not even know where my vehicle is. I called the call centre today and found out that there is no repair consultant dealing with my Case This is Unbelievable!!! Where is My vehicle and why is it taking so long to have this repaired it was a scratch I expect a call from a manager with Feedback Today
