No more faith in my bank

On the 01st of feb I tried to draw cash at an fnb atm, the machine then returned my card with a slip stating" we cannot assist you now as their is a problem with your financial institution" noting at this stage that no cash was received! I didn't get an sms stating that any cash was withdrawn from my account but after yet another incident on the 2nd of feb I finally received my balance after 2days reflecting a missing R400!!! I went into ur bank to inquire bt left unsatisfied without my money as yet again standard bank takes 12 days to investigate bt only takes 2 seconds to your money!!! I have had this account almost a year now with constant petty charges being deducted off my account. Your service is a serious disappointment and would most properly better serve me to switch to another bank that will suit my needs. Today 2 log numbers still no help
