My son had a knee op on the 25-06-2012, there was a shortfall on the Specialist and anesthetist bill which I forwarded to the top up plan, Turnberry Insurance Group, with the Pathology report that they required. To date I have not received compensation and keep getting told that they have everything they need to process the claim and are working on it.
