I have never expected to get such a poor service from Miway, and i am disappointed. On 19/02/2013, i signed for a new policy with Miway and a Mandatory declaration, was declared via telephone. After i received my policy schedule, i wasn't sure about the other wordings, so I emailed them and call them without no luck. Then after I call again and one of their consultant advised that she will assign someone to contact me, but even now no one has called me back. I call again today and i received the same story from Kgotso, and i had to hang off as i am tired of the same story and please note that i even email another correspondence this morning. So how long must I wait, you guys are not starting to operate like a Government department
