Nedbank Refuse to pay out Claim

I am in the process of selling my one property in Margate. Knowing this the tenants moved out whereafter there was a brake in December. A SAP Case was opened and Quote obtained. When i submitted the Claim Nedbanks response was i did not notify them that the property will be vacant. I was not aware of this and feel as Long as Nedgroup insurance can take your money they happy. The moment they have to pay out they start looking for a reason not to pay out. Be aware of this so you as a homeowner do not fall in the same trap.
