Credit Card issue not resolved

On the 19th of November 2012, a transaction went of on my credit card that I didn't do. I reported this to Card disputes on the 21st of November. On the form that I filled in, it states that the amount will be credited back into my account temporarily while the matter is being investigated but this was not done. This is the first issue. The other issue is that no one ever provides any feedback at all and thus I have to constantly chase to find out what's happening. When I first called, I was told that it takes 20 working days to investigate. This went by and no feedback so I called Card Division on the 9th of January. The lady I spoke to decided to put me on hold, and five minutes passed before I eventually dropped the phone. She does not bother to call me back despite the fact that I l gave her my cellphone number. I called again today and spoke to Tebogo the same thing happens. When I call the second time I was told that the matter has been referred to another department and I must call them.

This is pathetic service. Fortunately, this is a small amount but still I have to pay finance charges while chasing. Due to this experience, I'm considering to close my account.
