They want to hand me over to the legal dpt

In nov 2012 I searched the web for a loan and came across loan tracer SA, I was asked to fill my details.and onthe same day they sent me their application form which to this date has not been filled and submitted with some other documents they requested for... nw this morning I get an sms stating that I have 48 hours to pay or risk being handed over to their legal department... I never got a loan from them... now its some about a 2 in 1 service package that they claim I purchased frm them... just because I enquired via the web about their services doesn't mean I agreed to any thing... they better sort this mess out asap
