What is the balance

Last month I was informed by the consultant at your lawyers (Mrs Arnold) that my balance is around R370 I made 2 payments of R150, now all of a sudden I am told the balance is R207.17, Where did this extra amount come from, Before any more money is from me I want to know what the exact outstanding amount is, Also please send me a statement so that I can see this for myself and please close this account, I have had enough of your extortion. Your banking practices are criminal
