Fake promises for sales

I have been banking with FNB for over a year now and I have gotten personal loans from other companies and FNB kept declining before I got offers from other companies. What kills me is that they over looked my credit criteria when they wanted the sales of the current account. I was robbed on Thursday by gunpoint and tried to ask for some help from "my Bank" and they just upfront declined me without taking my situation into consideration. I will be moving my account to another bank because they are my money with all their charges with come out to about R400.00 a month on my account. Yet they will not help a customer in distress. I am disgusted in their attitude and I will take this further. I mean my salary is deposited in this account primarily as well as my fiance's salary. Yet bank like African Bank and loan will provide you with loans but the bank and wants your primary account in their books to your money. I have googled so many options and seen that FNB does do consolidation loans but they will not consider. I am really in distress after all my money and belongings were taken by the robbers who burgalred us but my bank has not even considered.
