Capitec Bank
No Customer Service

Capitec Employees don't have customer service what so ever. This guy tells me i can't withdraw from the ATM as he is closing to go use another bank (ABSA, STANDARD-BANK)!!! who do i bank with? other banks or CAPITEC? He has no professionalism... no customer service. a guy steps off the queue and tells him i can go in his place, Capitec Employee tells this guy NO! WHAT IS WRONG WITH CAPITEC EMPLOYEES? I'm not impressed at all. WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY
