FNB cannot renew my bank card

There are two things:
-- The service at this branch is lately very slow. It took over 30 minutes for me to get helped at the card collections que.. yet there where about 5 people in from of me.. People where complaining.
-- What is worse though is that the bank was not able to renew my business cheque card which has expired. They even suggested i fix this problem with my branch (Secunda 150KM away).
-- i am utterly disgusted with their service. i am now sitting with an account that i cannot withdraw from, because this bank could not renew my card.
-- I spent about 45 minutes of my time in this bank for nothing. i dread the day will have to go back.
