Charge to renew bank card

After hearing Capitec ads on radio, they don't tell you that when your bank card expires you are expected to pay R35 to get a new bank card, when I queried this was dismissed with attitude pay and then ignored, no compromise just pay or else can't use capitecs facilities. Total look of boredom on consultants face, can't wait to pay my loan off and close account as I can't use the card now.
