I had contracted Wesbank on Wednesday 13/02/2013 and spoke to a lady by the name off Sheri whom didn't seem to know what was going on with my account. She promised to call me back within 24 hours with feedback however she failed to do so. Yet again I had been proved right that some agents lack efficiency with customer service.

I had to call again today and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tebogo. I was taken aback with the way the call was handled. This gentleman took the time to check my account and explain exactly what is happening. He also advised of the options available to repay my account and what occurs when there are funds in advance.

Tebogo was patient, well spoken and made sure that I understood everything that he was telling me regarding my account. I have had terrible experiences previously however this time round I was astonished.

If it could be possible, in future should i call again i would prefer to talk to this gentleman or someone with the same experience. My trust is once again restored because of the way my call was handled. Well done Tebogo, you are indeed an asset to Wesbank.
