CAPITEC NOT LOOKING AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS

Last week I received an sms from capitec stating that from now on you need proof of payment from a debtor before they can reverse your debit order. I checked my account on friday only to find a debtor deducted money while they must only do so on the 25th of every month. So I called the call centre spoke to Senzile who told me they want to change peoples perspective of Capitec from being a debit order reversing bank to normal bank I asked about customer service about their slogan regarding simplicity that they are breaching their contract with me. Senzile called William who could not assist me either. They never even put me on hold while waiting, According to them they dont have hold music. How unproffesional!!! I asked for a manager but Instead of helping me William told me to wait, which I did untill the call lasted 34minutes and it was time to leave work. I have never since having a bank account had a bank treat me like this, like my debtors are more important than me, their client, all to change people's perception about them and all at my expense. I would like a manager to get back to me about this and I demand that my debit order be reversed.
