Inaccurate & Misleading Marketing

Standard Bank advertises a fee of R1 for a ministatement on ATM creditcard transactions, however, continuously charges me R4.20 per ministatement. I have taken this up with the local branch and even the staff cannot explain this. Yet, the incorrect charges remain.
