I pay my monthly insurance on time. The one time my phone dropped in the rain, I send it in for repairs. They phoned me the 11th February and said they will deliver this that day or the next day. I am still waiting for my phone, it is the 18th today, and they never phone back. This BAD service is really the norm we have gotten used to in South Africa.
