FNB Insurance Brokers
Disgraceful Service

I would just like to recommend that people seeking insurance steer clear of FNB Insurance Brokers. Their service is DISGRACEFUL. Long story short... I cancelled cover with Hollard to switch to FNB and I now see it was the worst move I could have made. Hollard cover was supposed to end on 31 Dec 2012 and FNB was supposed to begin on 1 Jan 2013. I have called and called and no one gives a _____. Finally I lost it and asked to speak to Morne Kruger (a supervisor) because Im tired of dealing with staff that dont know what they are doing. Morne never bothered to get back so I went further and spoke to the PA (i think) of Ferdi. Well... it is now the 18 Feb and I am still waiting for my policy. This has been going on since 18 Dec 2012. I have had nothing but bad experience from FNB, Wesbank and now FNB Insurance Brokers.

If they dont want business, say so. Other companies will gladly take my money. As a result I am unsure of my cover so if im in an accident, I am ___. No apology or anything. I plan to cancel and want nothing to with them ever again.

Everything they do is contrary to their slogan. They dont bother to get back to you because they dont care.

Never again!
