LOOKING FOR REASON NOT TO PAY CLAIM

On 13 of August 2012 my son drove my 2010 Mercedes into a pole. They say its a write off. A couple of days later the asessor interviews my son.a month or so later after not hearing from them, i called the broker (Mareta Swanepoel at ABSA PRIVATE BANK) who told me that the asessor claims he cannot find the passenger (who lives in my house) and he needs to interview him..
About seven weeks after the accident Steven Sales of CIB calls me to arrange an interview with my son (again). He arrives at my surgery (two months after the accident) with the asessor and pulls a recording device out (I was not informed of this). I told them to leave and speak to my lawyer. Steven Sales requested a statement from the driver.
Middle of January CIB sends me an ultimatum; they want the statement on 1 Feb or the claim will not be honoured and they tell ME I am not cooperating. They received everything a week before the "deadline".5Feb Steven requests a telephonic interview with my son (AGAIN). My lawyer and son calls him, he was gonna call back, he doesn't.instead he calls my son the next day at college to interogate him.
I STILL have'nt heared anything .4 MONTHS LATER.It 's obvious they don't want to pay
