NE Waiting forever
On the 03/12/12 a Mr Anthony Butting bumbed my car from behind
whilst I was waiting for the traffic light to change in Krugersdorp. I
called the SAPS who took statements and later got a case number. I
received documents from Arangies Attorneys who I believe handles Std
bank car accident claims. I completed the forms and attached all the
required dicuments. Their assessor came to inspect the car around
18/12/12. I was given claim no: SHS121203 62492. Since then it has
been a waiting game and I must drive around in a damaged car like
it was my fault. I have enquired every week but with no joy.
Arangies Attorneys tells me they waiting for Std Bank to give them
instruction. This is so frustrating for a claim to take this long.
